A note or two about the data here (this is a work in progress!):
 - cwfis_fwi2010sopEC.csv is composed of FWI from the Northern Forestry Centre
   instance of CWFIS from 2010 through 2015, while 2016-2019 is composed of data
   from the original AWS and Azure cloud instances of CWFIS. Since the NoFC data
   is used to initialize the first six months or more of data in the clouds,
   continuity problems should be absent; however, if you find anything suspicious
   please let me know.
 - The FWI data could include USA National Weather Service locations we use in the
   CWFIS but so far they have not been included in these data files. If this data
   is useful, please let me know and I can include it.
 - Provincial FWI data is not include in these files because we have not authority
   to share it. An exception could be Alberta as their FWI is publicly available
   on their web site, but to date their data has been treated the same as that
   from other P/Ts.
